How do I import data from Wallet to Monely?
In the Wallet app, go to Settings -> Export Data and export in CSV format. Then, in Monely, go to Settings -> Import Data -> Wallet and select the exported file. Done!
How do I import spreadsheets or documents?
In Monely, go to Settings -> Import Data -> Documents and select the file. It can be a bank statement, personal spreadsheet or any financial document. We support PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, OFX and TXT.
Will I lose my data when importing?
No! Importing adds data to Monely without erasing anything you've already recorded. Your data in the original app also remains intact - the export just creates a copy.
What data is imported?
Depending on the app, we import: transactions (income and expenses), categories, accounts, labels and dates. Monely tries to automatically map to your existing categories.
Does importing work on the FREE plan?
Yes! Importing is available on all plans. However, remember that the FREE plan has a limit of 2 accounts and 50 transactions/month. If your data exceeds these limits, consider the PRO plan.

How long does the import take?
It depends on the amount of data. Typically, files with up to 1,000 transactions are processed in a few seconds. Larger files may take a few minutes.
